ARTIFACTSProblem Based Learning and Higher Order ThinkingInquiry learning and problem based learning allows students to utilize higher order thinking skills and keeps learning student-centered. Tiered InstructionDifferentiating instruction is important to meet all of the needs of students. Flexible groups are made based on current data and observation that provides insight to reteaching, supporting, and enriching learners. Homework is tiered based on IEP modifications, Activities are leveled to support learners.
Unit Plans and PacingMy pacing guide is simply that: a guide. I have adjusted greatly this year to meet the students where they are ready to receive instruction. Lessons have been adjusted to meet learner needs and to incorporate new resources.
